Refund Policy
At Fluffy Cookies we want you to be happy with every order. Because our products are freshly prepared, perishable food and beverages, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before we have started preparing it. Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, as the items are made fresh to order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately on +971 50 634 9234.
Wrong, damaged or unsatisfactory items
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. After reviewing, we will offer you either:
- a replacement of the affected item, or
- a full or partial refund for that item.
Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after the food has been prepared or delivered.
- Incorrect delivery details or unavailability to receive the order at the address/phone provided.
- The delivery fee, once an order has been dispatched.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider, Tap Payments. Refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.
