These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fluffynco.com (the “Website”) and any orders placed with Fluffy Cookies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

2. Orders

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if an item is unavailable), in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Tap Payments, and we accept major debit/credit cards and supported wallets (such as Apple Pay). We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver freshly prepared items from our kitchen. A delivery fee applies based on your area: AED 30 within Al Ain and AED 50 outside Al Ain. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

5. Products

Our products are freshly made food and beverages. Images are for illustration and actual items may vary slightly. If you have any food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering — our items may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, cancellations and refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to be available to receive your delivery at the address and phone number provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or unavailability at the time of delivery.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate in which we are registered.
